The room was dusty, with unclean surfaces and a dirty air filter. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness for my stay. The absence of NHK World in English was also disappointing.

the hotel was extremely convenient and modern, we really enjoyed its affable staff. location: the venue was not far from very good subway lines, both asakusa and akihabara in short time and both train stations. the food was local and the location was particularly good.

It was cosy, incredibly comfortable and with a beautiful view.

For a supposedly modern hotel, i was shocked to find dusty rooms and a completely clogged shower plug. The staff had the audacity to charge for early check-in even when my room was ready! I almost had a good experience, but the lack of thoughtful gestures for a decent-paying guest ruin it all. Thanks, apa hotel.
